Win10 Tutorial on Simultaneous Remote Desktop Connection for Multiple People
- Create a new user
Right click on “This Computer” ->Manage ->Local Users and Groups
Right click on “Users” ->New User
Click the [Create] button to complete the user creation.
- Add Remote Desktop Users
Right click on “This Computer” ->Properties ->Remote
Click the [Select User] button,
Click the [Add] button,
Click on [Advanced]
Click [Find Now], select the user created in the first step in the search results, select it, and click [OK].
- Configure Local Group Policy
In the bottom left corner of Win10, enter gpedit in the search bar to open the local Group Policy Editor
Select [Management Template] ->[Windows Components] ->[Remote Desktop Services] ->[Remote Desktop Session Host] ->[Connection]
Configure [Limit the number of connections], allowing the maximum number of RD connections to be the maximum number of connections allowed
Configure ‘Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to separate Remote Desktop Services sessions’ to’ Disabled ‘
Running steps: install. bat ->update. bat ->RDPConfxe
Note that all three programs above need to be right-click to run as administrators and ensure smooth computer network connectivity.
RDP tools can be installed remotely. In the remote scenario of an external network, the remote internal network address can be changed to an external network remote connection through the internal network port mapping software.
This method may not be able to achieve simultaneous login for multiple users, and it is possible that newly added users will crowd out those who have already logged in.
